This is my first podcast regarding camera bags, and in particular ThinkTank bags which I own and use exclusively.  This is a mix between a review of their bags, but more than a gear review it shares my story of what happened when TSA broke the handle on my bag and the desperation I felt because I need my bags and can’t have any down time.  I expected to get the run around from ThinkTank and a bunch of excuses.

Well, when I called them they OWNED the problem and overnighted me handles at no expense to my hotel in Oklahoma where I’m teaching a workshop.  AWESOME customer service, AWESOME bags, just LOVE THESE GUYS!!!
